Must be an explanation. As you all know, I've been off the juice now for 18 days. I've been lifting more than 26 years and my strength is relatively constant. I just did 30 reps with a weight that I've never done for more than 25. That's a big increase. I'm still waiting for this crash.

I had to change the title of the thread to get it to go through. It was on the seated machine bench press. Since my injury over 1 1/2 years ago, I had to switch to seated bench. (I ripped my left pec). I've never done more than 25 reps with 200. Tonight I did 30 reps.

i say that if your doing that many reps its more mental and or conditioning than anything else, either way nice job

your higher rep strength will not drop as quickly as your 6-10 rep range just based on the percentages method

I understand what you're saying, but I was stronger. I felt stronger. I don't do low reps on bench anymore.

they tend to linger

I've been reading the statistics. After 2 1/2 weeks of your last shot of test, your test levels should drop dramatically. They normally bottom out around week 5 and begin to rebound around week 10.

things like EQ hang out much longer than T

it also totally depends on the AMOUNT of your last injection

I see. Still I got stronger and that shouldn't have happened at this point. Much stronger in that particular lift. I have to admit, I am one motivated mother. I've been doing this 26 years, I don't quit or give in. Only way I ever stop is if God calls me away for something else.

gonna take a little longer then 18 days to see wasting. Juice just left your system.
