Unable to complete chest/tricept workout shoulders burning

This is happening two weeks into my first cycle (Dbol only 25mg/day) my shoulders are pretty much getting shot (really feeling burning) after 3-4 sets of flat bench and incline bench. I noticed the weights I am lifting now are 10-15 lbs heavier and I am assuming this is why my shoulders are giving out on me not sure what I should do. I work shoulders/legs on a different day then chest/tricepts so it's not like I am doing shoulder excersises on my chest/tricepts day.

maybe your form is off and you're using your shoulders too much... anyway not trying to bash your routine, but for myself if i had enough energy to do shoulders after my legs i would feel like i didn't do enough work on them... i just like the feeling of i'm about to puke and i never want to see the gym again after i get done with legs, but to each their own.

i would just take it as a sign that you need to work your shoulders harder (they are easy to over train tho). are you going all the way to your chest on your presses? where are you stalling out at in the lift?

edit: working your rear delt will probably help you out. i like getting a bench and putting it on the 2nd setting so there is a slight incline and laying down on it (on your stomach) and doing a reverse fly with dumbbells focusing more on the rear delt and squeezing it instead of focusing on the back. you should still be getting your shoulder blades together tho. alternately you can get on the fly machine and do it there with the seat lower than normal and again focusing on the rear delt. this will help you're presses... at least for me it does lol.

Well its not that im stalling its just that my shoulders start burning more then anything and my tricepts and chest still feels fresh at 30-40 min into my lifting.

Jdbaker82, I experience the same burning but usually only when training chest. I only experience the burning sensation in my right soulder though, not my left. I have been browsing this forum for awhile now and reading through various posts. I have been training religiously for approximately three years but I am always reading to expand my knowledge in this amazing sport. Anyways, I have tried a few things which have seemed to help with this burning pain. For chest presses, both incline and flat, I have always been more fond of dumbells and not a barbell. I started to alternate more often which helped for a little while. I always started to incorporate the hammer strength chest machines into my routine. For example, one week I may do both flat and incline but only with the hammer strength machine. The next week I might do incline presses with the barbell on the smith machine. I have found that the smith machine definitely helps minimize that burning pain in my shoulder. Diet wise, I upped my glucosamine and glutamine. I'm not sure if it was a placebo effect or not, but this seemed to help. I cut back on this though because I was going through so much of it that it was starting to put a dent in my wallett. Anyways, I hope some of this helped you. I feel your pain man because I know how much it sucks when you still have three to four reps left in you but the burning sensation in your shoulders completely overcomes your lift and forces you to end the set. Good luck.
