Un-scientific thoughts on gyno and estro problems

I agree that more thought needs to go into how anti estrogens are used. However on high test cycles especially long lasting ones, they are necessary in my opinion. Maybe lower level test cycles without anti estrogens would result in comparable gains to high level cycles with the anti estrogens. Anyone compared the two?-Tomo

I have done both and the sensitivity is common. One thing I noticed is that several weeks after my last cycle ended and even now my nips are very sensitive especially around the outer part. I don't have any puffeness or anything like that, but it seems that the estrogen builds up more so after the cycle than during. It may be wise to continue anti-estro's for several weeks after the end of a cycle. mine had 1250mg sust and dbol plus deca.

BPP:

I've now had several guys who've been into gear tell me pretty much the same thing you're saying, about how guys way-back-when never worried about all this anti-estrogen stuff, and the sky didn't fall. I don't have any opinion about that, other than to say that one ignores the voice of experience at some risk!

But, I think Chesty's point about continuing the anti-e going for awhile post cycle is a good one, as is WCP's point about getting your nuts back up to snuff. I've been instructed that a course of Nolvadex or teslac during and for a few weeks after the cycle, and a course of HCG (10 days) and clomid (following 14 days) after a cycle, will pretty much take care of you. There's an added expense there, but not much else of a downside that I can see.

You also have to take into account that avoiding gyno is only one of the reasons for all this anti-estrogen paraphenalia. Other reasons, good ones, I think, are to avoid gaining water weight as well as female-pattern fat deposition during a cycle. Anti-estrogens "inhibit gains" a little, but the gains they inhibit (mostly water and fat) are the kinds you'll lose later, anyway.

Good topic, BPP, and a fun debate! Bump it up and keep it going.

Be well, be happy, and lift heavy, bros.

Great topic..I belive that the usage for anti-estrogens are just used in case gyno should present itself as a problem...No one I know wants gyno...With the increased dosages of as there is great worry over some unpleasant effects...Personally I would rather use anti-estrogens , as with anything, in moderations to maximise effects...
