Ok we have all these supplements and shit that's great. But if you want to know everything to take you'd have to search through 100's of threads. Let's get all the info togeather here. What is everything a health fanatic/bodybuilder should be taking for optimum gains and health? I'll start it off.
Every morning:
High quality multi vitamin+iron
Calcium
Vitamin C (it's better to take extra vitamin C to avoid getting colds)
5g Glutamine
500mg St. Johns Wort
Before every meal:
500mg ALA or 100mg R-ALA
?g Garlic
?g Gingseng
1g Ginger
5g Fish Oil
Throughout day:
Green Tea
After workout:
5g Glutamine
5g Creatine (does it need to be cycled when taking ALA?)
At night:
Same as morning
