Ok we have all these supplements and shit that's great. But if you want to know everything to take you'd have to search through 100's of threads. Let's get all the info togeather here. What is everything a health fanatic/bodybuilder should be taking for optimum gains and health? I'll start it off.

Every morning:
High quality multi vitamin+iron
Calcium
Vitamin C (it's better to take extra vitamin C to avoid getting colds)
5g Glutamine
500mg St. Johns Wort

Before every meal:
500mg ALA or 100mg R-ALA
?g Garlic
?g Gingseng
1g Ginger
5g Fish Oil

Throughout day:
Green Tea

After workout:
5g Glutamine
5g Creatine (does it need to be cycled when taking ALA?)

At night:
Same as morning

I know there's 100's more. Let's get a complete list
 
you sound like my workout buddy. He takes all the sups in the world because he thinks his gyno will get bigger if he does a cycle. He is pretty big though.

I guess you could add creatine as well as some cla.
 
Actually I don't have nearly enough money to buy half the supps I should be taking, just be interesting to compile a list of everything you can take. I'll probably do some research over the weekend, maybe make a webpage. Would be alot of help to newbies wondering what to take and why
 
Here is my supplement stack, i work at GNC two days a week right now JUST TO PAY FOR THIS SHIT! i get no money from them ever. lol. just toll up my supps and my hours and that is that.

Solgar VM-75 or Mega Men Caps
Vite C 2000mg tabs twice a day
Cal/mag supp at night
zinc 50mg at night
CLA 6 grams a day
GLA 2 grams a day (10grams EPO)
R-ALA varies daily
Ultra saw palmetto formula
Milk thistle extract
Cranberry caps
1 tbsp flax oil
5 scoops GNC PP Whey
2 Metrx APM 60
1 surge on w/o days
Carnitine
NYC
Creatine 15-30 grams day
Glutamine 15-25 grams day
sam-E
grapefruit extract caps
there is more....but that is the 90% bulk of it.
and of course the usual complement of cutting or bulking AAS and drugs. :D :D :D
