i never understood the point of verbal questions like this..
i mean, shouldnt an accurate IQ test be able to determine the intellectual levels of someone based off of natural intelligence, not something they've learned in life? I mean, a good IQ test should be functional for a rocket scientist, as well as a guy living in a cave away from civilization his entire life..

An IQ test is not quite accurate as it measures just a few mental abilities, and vocabulary and logical reasoning are one of the mental abilities measured, thus the above question..
