It is greater, but if they runned at the same speed and in the first race Al won by 5 meters, he would arrive at the same time now, since he is 5 meters below....
 
I answered AL won but I wasnt so sure as it could also be a tie..Indeed Al speed is faster but his 5 m handicap could lead to a tie..hmmm:confused:
