ultimate cycle for keepability idea

so i was perusing the forums and came across quite a few primo threads. i don't know too much about it other than what i've read (never tried it myself).

anyway, i was thinking that if primo really does build "clean muscle" sort of like anavar; then would using these two compounds in one cycle, along with test of course, make a cycle that would be easier to maintain the gains from after you get off?

i'm just throwing this out there and i'm sure it's been covered before but i never found anything on it. also would there be anything else you would add to a cycle like this? say eq,tren,nandrolone,etc... i don't know anything about these compounds and their "keepability", it's like i said before, i'm just throwing shit out there. what do yall think? it sounds like a good idea on paper at least.

I am sure it will be a great resource in the future. I believe keeping strength gains can mean keeping muscle gains so that's important.

If you defne gains as Body weight, you'll never keep all of that. If you define gains as lean body mass and strength, you can keep most if not all your lean muscle gains with any compound, even a dbol only cycle. yes I said it. Strength will always drop some with extreme strength gains, but the lean mass will stay provided you have a good PCT and a really good diet.
 
PCT is prolly most important, that and keepin on liftin and eating good after cyle. not to budge in on this thread, but how soon do u think u could start cutting after a bulking cycle, so that u wouldn't lose too much of ur muscle u gained on that cycle?

i know it's impossible to keep all the weight you gain because of the water you piss away afterward. i'm just saying which compounds are the easiest to retain the gains you made after the cycle. that goes for weight, size, strength, fat loss, and anything else i'm not thinking of. for instance i know it's easier to keep anavar gains than dbol gains. it's a given that you can't keep everything, i'm just wondering which compounds are the easiest to retain gains from, and what a good stack of them would be. just something to think about.

if you could make a cycle with anything what would be your choices for the ultimate cycle for retainability?

i go right after the cycle if I'm prepping for a comp. but don't go crazy on cutting the carbs right away. i did this before and it cost me some hard earned muscle. just start lowering your carbs and basically ease yourself into the diet over the course of a couple weeks. a drastic change in your diet is a real headfuck if you know what i mean.

pct is most important, but for a more clean gains and more keepable, id go with

test
eq
primo
and anavar

for a sick cycle of really good quality gains
 
thanks for the info danomight sounds good. also after the diet how do u start back gaining weight without gaining too much fat. ima drop the weight without any help, but i was think when i start to add calories again ill go on cycle as well as 2-3 weeks of clen to kick start my metabolism, sound good? just a theory.
 
i'm not sure about this but i think you should wait until after pct to start the clen. then again i'm not completely sure what you're saying there. anyways *again i'm not sure but you can look it up* i don't think clen is for your metabolism (supposedly albuterol (sp?) is better anyways) , t-3 is i think and t4 might be too. try looking into those and see if you find something better, just an idea.

stay away from t-3 and that shit. your metabolism and stuff shouldn't be messed with unless you are a competitor and are willing to risk fking your metabolism pemanently. Any mo or joe can get lean if they eat right.
