UK stomach bug

Christ, Ive spent the last 2 days in limbo due to the latest virus in the UK, its called 'the winter vomiting bug' and believe me it makes you vomit. Ive pulled all the muscles up the right side of my body due to the sheer force of the vomiting. One thing the the name doesnt convey is its secondary effect ... skitters... Ive shit myself 4 times while I was being sick. It turns out there is no way to control your arse while convulsing.

Sorry for being so graphic but its fucking murder, apparently 1.4 million people have it at the moment.

UK boys watch out. And have spare pants with you at all times.

Thats the one thing Im thinking of mate, Ive not ate anything for 2 days (going to get sometging soon) so maybe an excellant time to step up the cardio get rid of this gut of mine. Energy providing I'll hit the gym tonight. By th way Pit if you hear anyones got it, stear clear of them everyone in my house caught it in a matter of 24 hours.

Luckily it hit us one day at a time, I had it the worst though... just fortunate that my sink is dierctly to the right of the bog so both ends could relax at the same time.

Hey, man that bug isn't just in the UK......my whole family had it here in the midwest in Dec. I was sick for 3 weeks, and I never get sick. The puking only lasted a few days, but the shits for weeks.
