I hate when this happens! I took my sleeping pill but still can't sleep so in addition to being completely exhausted, I'll be all weirded out from the meds....

Sunday is shaping up to be a miserable day....

I have seriously been sleeping like a newborn baby since I broke up with my last gf. Bitch used to wake me up every 5 minutes the entire night because I snore. The irony was she did too but I always let her sleep anyway.

I have the same problem. Try Valerian root to "relax and unwind" you at the end of the day. I take 2 caps each night with one melatonin and it seems to help.

GL -- I take Ambien to sleep but occasionally it doesn't work.....if the Ambien doesn't work, the herbs definitely won't....



and Nyquil actually keeps me awake....

I thought that was a given when you are married. If one is miserable, the other one has to be miserable as well

Just a thought... If you`re still unemployed it could be the lack of a regular schedule. I had a hard time with that when I stopped working and was`nt chained to a schedule and things I HAD to do.

I miss that.
