Higher taxes, much higher taxes.

Also in those countries you don't get, money no object health care as in the US. Which I'm fine with that but when you have cancer and want to blow a million to live 3 months, you can in the US. Those other places you die. I'm fine with that but the US public won't go for that. They want want everything because they will live forever. My favorite right now is spending 70-80K a year on retard kids because you can make such progress. Not cost effective in any shpae or form.
