Yes, now if we can get juries to understand and utilize jury nullification some of this victimless crime BS is likely to go away.

say the words jury nullification during pre-screening and see how long you last.

I know. Isn't that amazing? The only real tool that citizens have against laws and shit like that gets one pulled off of any juries. How screwed is that?

I realize what you are saying about Jury Nullification bro. The fact it isn't used, is more because the majority of Americans feel that drug use is NOT a victimless crime. This follows right along with my theory that most Americans are Television Brain-Washed Morons, who derive their opinions based on what some other asshole says, and not on a personal quest for knowledge.

The reason Jury Nullification isn't used is because the DAs, judges and attorneys do not WANT it used. It allows the citizens to basically throw out any law they feel is bad or unwarranted. Similar to what happened with prohibition. Imagine if every time they brought someone up on marijuana charges and the jury voted Not guilty. How long before they just gave up on trying to prosecute that? Or steroids, or ephedra, or MDMA or...

The fact is, if you talk about or acknowledge Jury Nullification at pre-screen or at the time of jury selection you will be promptly relieved from jury duty.

If what you say is true about drug use, why isn't there the bandwagon to ban Tobacco, and alcohol??? Those DRUGS effect people also.

Again, because people are fucking dumbasses bro! They think that because these drugs are legal, and we allowed free-reign to them, that they are in fact harmless. Im tellin ya, people ARE THAT dumb! Ever see someone fucked up on heroin next to someone fucked up on Alcohol. The alcoholic is WAY less in control of their faculties.

O, and I know what Jury Nillification is, but thanks for the definition just the same.:D

It always amuses me when one type of illegal drug user takes the high moral ground on other illegal drug users.

Most on here have or do take steroids. What gives you people the right to take the high moral ground here?

Or are you going to give me the horse shit that steroids are good for you?

I'm not sure what it is you're trying to contend, or who/what idea you're contending with.

There are people here who will continually take the high moral ground on rec. drugs yet happily inject 500mg's of steroids every other day. A tad hypocritical wouldn't you say?

It's an interesting perspective to say the least. I wouldn't use rec drugs, but I would use steroids. I find legislation against both of them self-defeating.

Thanks for the clarification of what you meant.
