A few things..the Marijuana trade and the MDMA trade are NOT the same as the Coke & Heroin trades, when speaking of violence. They are more similar to the AAS trade than those. So your point about murders & assaults is moot. Read "Blow" if you want to know why. Second of all, there IS INDEED a such thing as a victimless crime. You just won't acknowledge it because of the agenda you adhere to. You sound like a politician bro...so caught up in said agenda, that it has zapped your ability to be fair & objective.

we already have statutes to deal with murder and assault. When prosecuted, DAs do not care why the person murdered or assaulted, just that the criminal is punished in accordance with the law.
