tyring new things need cycle help

I just finished taking 1cc sust/1cc primo every 3 1/2 days for the last five weeks (10ccs each). I have 20cc's of cyp and 30 pills of winny that I don't know how I should take for the best results. Finally i have clomid for when i am completely done..how should I take the the Winny/cyp combo and how should I take the clomid?
