Toss that Flex crap. I asked Robby Robinson, and Bill Grant about those routines, and they said they have been making that shit up since the 60's. Whenever Joe would come into the gym, they would talk about how they would soon be reading about another bs training article of what 'they are currently doing'. I doubt things have changed much.
 
LOL I'm not a FLEX advocate by any means, trust me...I think I bought that as some reading material for a flight if I remember right, and I'm pretty sure that was the last one I bought...I do remember tryin the workout out back in college tho and it did seem to work fairly well as far as gaining size and strength in my chest, which is what I'm looking for again...Mainly size, I'm not worried about strength as much...
