Hey guys, I made a post earlier, thanks for the input.
I'm curious about the pros and cons of all supplements... be it basic protien, to midlever Creatien and Glutamine, to upper lever stuff such as testosterone....
I now the basics of Protien, and the basics of Creatien and Glutamine.
But in some of the fitness shops, I don't trust what they have to say about upper level prodcuts, as I feel they're not helping me, but selling me - and i don't want that when doing this!
If someone's got a few min to kill, could they whip up a quick list of a bunch of the more common high level supplements, and anabolics?
I tried to read a bunch of posts, but there too much info that isn't conscise.. sorry..
Ex.
-'Andro' - (real name), brief sentence of what it actually does (not make you big, but how or why); maybe a quick common pro and con of it?
-'Deca' - (real name), ...

I apperciate it... I'm nothing looking for anything too hardcore, or anything to inject... I don't know if i'm going to go upper lever, might just stick with mid-level supplements.
