Help me, help him
Hey Guys,
My husband is just finishing up his cycle. This is his first cycle in years. Since coming off, he's lost his motivation in the gym. His diet sucks too! I think he's depressed because already he's noticing that his strength has gone down and he is losing weight. I don't like to see him unhappy. I know what it feels like to hate your body and I don't want that to happen to him. What can I do to help him keep his gains? What can I feed him? Prepare for him? How can I motivate him? WE are both obsessed with the scale. Me with making it go down and him with making it go up. Anyone else experience any of these issues when coming off? Thanks in advance!
