Two Mild Curious AAS questions

How quickly does the water retention dissapate for the normal personan once enth. is discontinued. For example......I've been on hrt for some time and my doc (met yesterday) would like me to come off soon.....just to see if I can bounce back so-to-speak. Anywaays, abs, arms, etc are pretty defined in the am, but as the day goes on and I sit and eat, rest, work, the same view 12 hours later myt stocach is smooth as a babys bottm.......why is this? Myh weight is increasing, I['m getting stronger, but the abs are completely gone in the om and that;s witha goood arom., low sodium., etc....only difference is I do no cardio....so what cause the water retention? It's like a totlly different physique.....
 
My stomach looks like a damn ballon by the end of the day.
After 7 meals and 1.5 gals water, I don't think you can avoid that.
It's always tight again by morning though.
 
what causes water retention is when you take test your estrogen levels rise to match the test levels in your body as much as possible and when you have a higher estrogen level it causes water retention/bloat. that is why when women are on "the rag" they look bloated and they say they gain weight that week but it is just water.
 
When you wake up in the morning after having nothing to eat or drink all night your body is dehydrated and you will have better muscle definition. Happens to everyone.

One way to minimize the amount of water you retain later in the day is to completely avoid salt.
 
yes welcome to woman's world :)

avoid additional salt, increase your water intake or a mild over the counter herbal diuretic if you are feeling uncomfortable, but not sound that way. Your ab are there. don't worry they just shy :)
