Two basic questions ..

I have two questions...

1. If I were to do 3 different exercises on my chest and arms which 3 should I do to build my chest and arms up real good? Or is it just personal preference?

2. Which would be better to build muscle..
a) 3 sets x 10 reps
b) 4 sets x 8 reps
c) something else.

I know these are very basic questions but I want to clear up some myths in my head, and im sure someone here can help. (im kinda skinny btw)
 
You want to be big, you gotta eat like a big guy.

Lift big.... Squat, Deadlift, Bench, Row... in order of importance.

Being on the bicep curl squad won't do shit for growth after your initial "newbie gains."
