Alright guys,

As a newbie im still "on route" to finding out how to purchase proper "supplements" so i thought i'd try some of the above.

Anyone tried this stuff before. Any noticeable gains/worth it or not? Also been lookin at 1 max-test.

You're asking a basic supplement question on a hardcore AAS forum so some here may not be willing to take the time to answer. Your best bet is to go to the Bodybuilding Supplements forum a little further down the main topics page. You should get some answers there.
