Twinged right shoulder...remedies to help it?

Sorry if i already posted on it. I dont remember if i did..so i am again lol. Have a twinged right shoulder...i had it for a few weeks but it wasnt that noticeable until now..and im just 1 week away from doing a bulk cycle. I think i may just wait 3-4 weeks until it's rehabed. I heard aflutop is good for this..so im going to try it. Im on 6iu hgh now...was on 2iu for a few months previously so maybe this will help. Whenever i do incline bench press...i feel thw twinge pain the most...during lateral or frontal raises i hardly feel any pain. I feel it mostly just during chest movements, and military press or dumbell press. In addition to the aflutop...(gunna try a 3 week cycle of it, 1 amp daily)..anything else u guys suggest? Can i still train my chest? Would hate for it to atrophy :-(. Either way..i think im gunna postpone my bulker for at least a few weeks..prob a month...or until its better...

any suggestions would be greatly appreciated..thanks!
 
Just keep in mind that the aflutop need's to be used for 21 day's. I would also try Cissus Rx form USPlabs,i'm using it right noe for a dislocated shoulder,you can get it at any supplement store,the aflutop does work good though,i used it for my knees.
 
thanks bro. i used to go super heavy on lifts when id be bulking..maybe i lost a little form...and thus the reason im now having some probs in my right shoulder...even my left isnt 100% now. This all became noticeable the last 2-3 weeks though..before that i was alright. If this clears up from the aflutop, ill be doing perfect form from now on, for sure...when i bulk ill be doing 800 of deca..so hopefully thatll help too...

what's the cissus rx do...rebuild cartilage?

yeah kinda,it helps repair and rebuild and strengthen your joint's,ligaments,tendon's,cartilage and muscles. It work's pretty good.

try a product called cissus rx, helped my bad shoulder. At least take a look at it.
 
i def will...
i already take glucosamine/chondritin/msn..but this couldnt hurt too...if it'll help..im a state level competitive bb'er...and i havent gotten an injury in about 4 yrs..so im just trying to prevent this from turning into an all out 1. should i refrain from doing any type of work for my chest? i tried going rather light today...paying attention to my body...didnt hurt during the workout in the least..but afterwards..the area felt kinda tender/sore...kinda weird feeling...it went away a couple hours later...not sure if this is something that should keep me from doing light chest work or not though..(until it heals)
 
I can relate man, I have had a problematic shoulder on and off again for a few years and I just took some time off from the heavy stuff and 2 weeks off from lifting any upper body (just did squats and what not) and now it is gone. I hate to say it, but sometimes total rest is the only thing that takes care of it. I sure felt good when I got back into it though, that rest did me a WORLD of good. Sometimes we just need to do nothing and I think if you want to really make this upcoming bulker count, rest might be a good idea before. Thats just my 2 cents worth, good luck man.
