Do to a conflicting schedule I wanted to change my lifting days to a 2on-1off-2on-2off type of deal.
I am following a 5-3-1 so my main exercise gets worked pretty hard
Monday
OHP
Pull Ups
Dips
Bicep
Will my pull ups and arm work from monday weaken my deadlift to the point that I lose reps? I know my upperback will be sore on Tuesday but not to the point that it actually inhibits my deadlift, what do you guys think?
Tuesday
Deadlift
Deadlift 5x10(50% of max)
Core work
Wednesday/off
Thursday
Bench
Bench5x10(50% of max)
Pull Ups
Weighted Dips
Friday
Squat
Squat 5x10(50% of max)
Core Work
My biggest worry is that my deadlift will be inhibited by my pullups on Monday, and my bench will be affected by my deadlift. I will still be sore but will my muscles still be good to go seeing as they are only minor parts of the next day's main lift?
