Turned 40

I have turned 40 in the last 6 months. I used to lift all the time , play sports, etc. but I have lost all drive for most things I enjoyed . i have looked into clinics like Rejuv but seem costly for what I already know and the price for testosterone seems pretty high. I am just looking for insight at what might be best to help me get back to feeling it again and what my cycle should look like. Test only or a longer cycle with 500-600 primo because I am overweight still strong but heavy. I have done a lot research and have known plenty of guys who have done it wrong so I put myself humbly out there to learn from this forum. My main concern is to do it right and safe during and post. Thank you for any input. 6 ft. 265lbs at my muscle peak I was around 225 10% 6 years ago. 36 inch waist my legs are still solid and thick. I like to thin out and be a beast at 240 HA! I just feel like someone stole my mojo. I am hitting around 20% BF right now. BTW my diet sucks right now so first foremost that will be the first thing I correct. I will be doing around a 2500 calorie a day diet of lean protein taking in around 140-180 grams of protien a day, morning will be complex carbs oatmeal a touch of all natural maple syrup pre shake, work out, post shake, egg white on 12 grain with a slice of cojack, protein blend shake, chicken breast and green vegetaable, a green veghgie shake not a big veggie eater, cottage cheese before bed or casein shake. I have done all this before but like I said earlier man the fire is gone but I have returned to the diet.

Welcome, and you have posted on the right site. It looks like your diet is well planned out, you just gotta get the rubber on the road. IMO, you will get your mojo back when you get it working. You may decide to do a cycle at some point in the future, but gear should never be used to get a base established. What you need now, above all else, is discipline, and lots of it. Research the forums on here for an exercise routine you think is right for you and post it in that forum for the guys to help you tweak it. That, combined with the diet you already have planned will get you on the road to mojo-land. Now get to the gym!

Welcome, remember how you look starts in the kitchen, if you don't know who i am you soon will.

Sending you a pm

Well, you need to know two things right now bro: 1) buddahbuilder is right
2) listen and follow whatever Radar says!

I don't know radar personally, but I've been following and doing research on here since 1999-2000, he is a wealth of knowledge, if you dont believe me read his old posts! You're in good hands bro, good luck!

Ha you are right Budha. That is my point that is what I have done my whole life. I am from the school ou want to boost strength and muscle get that test ramping go squat and deadlift, have a bad day not putting in good gains go punish yourself squat and deadlift, tired dont feel like working out go squat and deadlift, basically whenever you want to put on a skirt go squat and deadlift but recently that edge has left the building. I am going to get my blood work done on Monday check my test levels and go from there. Yes it all starts with diet and discipline and thank you very much for the reminder. I have been lifting for 20 plus years and never thougth about gear once been an easy gainer, athlete, ranger now it just dont come so easy Budha but your post is dead on Thanks.

Chemically:
Even while on cycle you may still feel tired and lacking some of the drive you really need. I personally really enjoy the way Bridge and RS Transaderm pick me up and make me feel when I'm hitting a tough spot and my development is suffering. I highly recommend RS Transaderm for anybody on cycle looking to stay motivated and cheerful, Bridge is perfect for you between cycles and even as a aid during.
