Turkey meatballs, Turkey Bacon, Turkey Sausage

Yay or nay while bulking???

I sometimes make turkey meatballs subs for lunch and add turkey bacon or sausage with my eggs in the morning.
 
While bulking? Sure, why not, as long as you can eat enough to hit your calorie goals.

A good mix of turkey and red meat and I don't think you can go wrong :)
 
Yea every day I either do:

1. Tuna sandwich with ezekiel bread or tuna on a salad
2. Chicken n brown rice with broccoli or 2 lean 4% fat burgers or steak with brown rice n broccoli or wheat pasta n chicken/meatballs

my breakfasts usually identical though. 3 eggs, 3 egg whites, meat and oatmeal. I do make an alteration which is pancakes by mixing 3 eggs, 3 whites, cup of oats and 1/2 apple in blender then fry with Pam. Sugar free syrup on top.
 
Those pancakes sound awesome. Must try.

I've been making French toast with Ezekiel bread - dip in egg then fry with Pam, sugar free syrup along with 1 egg, 1/2 cup egg beaters and 4 pieces of turkey bacon.

Breakfast is my favorite meal :)
 
Oh I never though of French toast. That sounds good.

With the pancakes, you can just 1/2 cup blue berries instead of the apple too.

If you use the apple, put 1/2 in the blender and use the other half to cut into slices and top the pancakes with them once you place in pan.
