Tuesday - Upper Body

Same as yesterday, less volume/weight ( thx to the layoff ) improve my form and get even stronger. Good workout 35 minutes ( yesterday was 45 ).

Bench ( powerlifting style, felt a little weird, but could feel it in my lats and tris more, along with my chest )

115x6
145x6
185x6x3 ( could probably do 205, but will put up 195 next week till i feel more comfortable with the form )

Pullups ( wide grip, straight bar, all body weight )

1x8
1x6
1x3

Dips ( narrower grip, mostly tris, but felt some chest, again bodyweight )

2x8
1x7.5 ( made it half way up and failed )

Light core work ( rehabbing the erectors )

I think im gonna start adding in some westside moves once my back is 110% ( its about 85 right now ) to get the form down for when i start it after fall ball.

edit: this morning 208 pounds, only 13 away from my other goal.
