Well its 9:36 here, and im about to head to the gym. doing abs/calves today. its actually pretty nice outside today...cold, but sunny. no other plans for the day..just relax i guess.

awww, very true, but it was the first week where I didn't have to wear a wetsuit in the water to go surfing. So this is a good thing for me. I work downtown, and yes it's ugly here, but the farther south you go, the better the wheather gets, try it.
And if you ever want to hit up the beach or try surfing, let me know.
