I know I'm basically going to disable my arm for a couple days... but shit...my legs and ass need the rest.. Anyone else done this?

I tried a shot of sust once in my delt. Haven't done it since. The pain was ridiculous the next day when trying to move my arm. Give it a shot though since it may not be as bad for you. You can try mixing something like EQ or whatever else you may have on hand with it, it should cut some of the pain down.
A one inch pin is good. I used to go a full inch and a half in not really thinking much about it but now days an inch is enough more than enough.

It all depends on your sensitivity to gear. I am not very sensitive and have no problem with injecting prop, susp, winstol,sust,fina all without an pain.(i am pretty lucky from what i have been hearing) I use a 23g 1" pin for all of my injects. I have done 3cc's on many occasions in my delts without problems. i would start with 1cc of sust and see how you react.
