i kinda feel for the guy, i was kinda with his feonci. he was pissed with that. he then swung for me on xmas eve, i just smiled and winked, and walked away. but then he started on all my mates too, which is a bad idea, i mean some of my boys i wouldnt even joke with them, 1 has just goten a police tag off of him, for beating up 3 guys in a club, and making 2 of them go under plastic surgery due to the damage he caused ! hes had to many chances now. and now that skinny lil fuck is making threats like this ? WTF ?

lol tonight has went ok so far,i went to see that 50cent movie, then had to drive round town on roll call, incase anything did happen, tonight seems to have went smoothly. im pritty tired now, its been a mad week. been at the gym , mon,tues,weds,thurs. and going tomorrow .oh and can someone plz tell me if i get hit first, how far can i go , on the whole self defence thing? because this guy is a fairy, and no doubt he will get onto the police if i knocked him on his boney ass.

It really depends.

I would let the guy attack first, flatten him with ONE strike, and call it off. Anything more than that, and you may be pushing it.

Again, it also depends on where you live. In MS, we get away with a lot more shit.

oh we get away with alot over here too, just the guy knows me and my whole address ect ect. and hes the type who will press charges if someone pushed past him in a que. but if hes wanting to play tough i will let him make the first move. but what happens if i keep provoking him, like winking at him with a smile, dropping my drink on his shoes , bumbing into him ect ?
 
Well, since you are in a different country (I just now realized that), I have no clue what the laws are. I figure you Scots can scuffle a tad more than we yanks.

However, over here, as long as you don't make initial contact (without first being threatened) and you don't make an initial threat, you can pretty much do anything else. Verbal harassment and bumping into someone can equate to assault and battery in the more anal parts of the U.S.

But winks and spilling drinks...hmmm....your mileage may vary there. That would probably be the upper limits of legally fucking with the guy.

the night went smooth, untill i walked past him on the stairs, he mutterd something so i kicked the back of his knee, then the bouncer pulled me away before i could do anything. then i went to the toilet to wash my face becuase i was red with anger. then like 3 people from his football team came in and grabbed me by the neck, told me not to fuck about with him or his girl. i then gave him 3 seconds to let go or else he will end up in hospital. he let me go, i told him my side of the story and how that girl had played me ect. then a guy from my gym came in and asked if i was ok, then those dudes left. now im kinda drunk and cant quite remeber how this happend but i remeber i was getting pulled outside the club by my bro, telling me to cool off. ??? i dont know? oh that was about it on the fighting side..

but i was getting lots of girl attention because word spread that i wasnt seeing that girl anymore. girls were coming upto me hugging me pressing their chest up against me really hard, the asking " is it true u and her are not seeing each other again ? " then i was like na shes a fucking psycho. then they would start hugging me again, saying " OOhhh, poor baby " so i dont know where i stand at this point in time, all i know is no WW3 blew off.

No offence TT, I understand aggression and how you have to adapt to your environment as part of everyday survival but every time I read your posts it reinforces my resolve never to go back to live in the UK. I hear reports from the tourists here who tell me it's going down the drain, gangs of yob kids out of control, pelting the police and emergency services with bricks, violent crimes on the increase and so forth. Most of them are third generation and I can see that they genuinely fear for their selves. Can you see it from the outside, is it really getting that bad or do you see it as always being that way?
 
My main fear was that the guy was going to have buddies with him.

How is the U.K., anyways? I hear about the dangers the doormen are always in and wondered if it was blown out of proportion. I hear Ireland is generally the most peaceful country to live in, but you can still get ganked in the right situation.

I've got some guys looking for me in my neck of the woods, so I know how it feels. But I'm glad everything turned out moderately o.k. in your situation.

everyday man. i dont want to live here, or have my children ( if i can have em ) to grow up here . but im proud scotland , but feel it is now based around hate and anger. it has made me a strong person growning up here. going to football games and seeing ur dad, shouting " you fucking CUNT ! " to the ref. and as a 5-6 year old im thinking to myself, damm dad hes just doing his job. " that was my father role model ! meh go figure .
