Heres my deal fellas. I pretty much have been lifiting about 2 and a half years. I am 6 foot and weigh about 195( i know that is nothing on this board ,but 2 and a half years ago i was 6 foot and weighed between 145 and 155, so for myself its somewhat a accomplishment). If i could get my body weight around 215 I would be happy. Anyway, I fell i look pretty good with my shirt off, but i do have a little bit of fat around my lower abs. Not much but enough that my bottom abs arent out, and a tiny bit of love handles.I obviously want to get rid of them, but i am afraid to do Cardio in my work out because i dont want to loose too much weight,plus i know that if you do too much cardio you can start to loose muscle.I eat every 3 hours, and consume alot of protein(probably around 350 grams a day).I try to eat to gain good weight. I was wondering if anyone could suggest how i could loose that tiny bit of fat without loosing a massive amount of weight?I really would like to not loose any weight, but i know this is the only way to get rid of that. Maybe someone knows how much cardio would be ok, without loosing alot of weight???Thanks..feedback appreciated!
