trying to go platinum but....

I had the same problem. Just fill out all the info using your same email and username and all will be fine. I emailed when done just to make sure I kept my user histroy and everything worked out great.....fyi once you pay it probably a one business day delay before you plat status is active. Good move too the search alone is priceless

Ok....
We use a software called "Dream Account" to manage the billing and CC info... and we use vBulletin to run the discussion forums. At this point we do not have any software that will allow the two to communicate... When you go to enter your billing info please DO NOT expect Dream Account to know you are registered on vBulletin. The way it works is: You have to fill out a complete form with billing info, then at the bottom of that form it asks you "name on discussion boards" you have to enter you handle in that field... then the order goes into a box, one of our customer service reps will then go into that box and activate the account you registered.... We are paying a good amount of cash to have a program custom written for us... In the next month or so the whole system will be automated.
