Trying to get shredded

Currently 5'11 230lbs. My physical shape is huge, arms/chest/trunk and such, but really trying to get the abs, definition, and veins to come out. Not really sure what i am doing wrong. Lifting/diet. I would like to think i am on the right track. I have been seriously lifting for about 8 months. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Diet - 80% clean - 2500-3000 Cals per day
GYm twice a day. (cardio morning, lifting afternoon) for last month.

(BTW, just came off an 8 week dbol/test cyp cycle)

You've probably heard this many times but diet is the key. If you want good definition try cleaning up your diet some more. Hopefully you used or are using nolvadex after that cycle or your problems may get worse. In the future when doing a cycle for definition purposes, diet down to a low level of bodyfat, then try winstrol at 50mg/day to bring out the vascularity. dbol will bloat you .
 
Try a Winstrol / Clen cycle with reduced calories and cardio. ie. eat less calories than you are burning and your body will need to use up the fat reserves
 
actually i didn't do anything coming off. ran into a small problem of my "source" retiring not very long ago. i can't get a hold of anything now. :worried:
 
Youv been lifting weights for 8 months and just come off a 2 month cycle , so you lifted for 6 months then did a cycle :P mmmmmm

It was really hard to find a reliable source. just about as fast as i found it, it got forced into early retirement.

As far as my diet

8am - Egg white omlette w/turkey & cheese
10:30 - 1 Cup Oatmeal
12:00 - Chicken or fish with Veggie
2:30 - Ultramet meal replacement with milk
4:30 -Protein Shake with Milk
7:00 - Muscle Milk
9:00 - Either protein shake or chicken/tuna with veggie

Depending on how busy i get, i might miss 1 meal per day. I usually cheat on Friday nights with a few shots, mixed drinks, beer, and bad food. I remain pretty consistent the rest of the weekend though.

Even if your source dried up, you can still get some nolva from AG Guys

You could also go with some 'herbal PCT' supps from ProteinFactory
(http://proteinfactory.com/)...some PostCycle and/or Unleashed...not optimal but better than nothing.
