Currently 5'11 230lbs. My physical shape is huge, arms/chest/trunk and such, but really trying to get the abs, definition, and veins to come out. Not really sure what i am doing wrong. Lifting/diet. I would like to think i am on the right track. I have been seriously lifting for about 8 months. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
Diet - 80% clean - 2500-3000 Cals per day
GYm twice a day. (cardio morning, lifting afternoon) for last month.
(BTW, just came off an 8 week dbol/test cyp cycle)
