trying to change routine V. currently on AAS

so ive been doing the whole " 1 muscle part a day" workout, for like a year now.


my first cycle i got good gains doing a 1-a-day routine..

however, i decided to switch it to a very intense 3 days split


Chest/Back
Legs
Shoulders/Bi/Tri
Rest



but, i was thinking that for my rest day,i should just do some moderate cardio/ abs. ( so technically i wont realllllllly have a day where i can just set back and relax)

i JUST started my Dbol/test cycle

any opinions? suggestions?



oh, wait, i have ONE question. Im currently taking 20Mg on dbol ED, however, i don't workout everyday at the same exact time. The time bounces anywhere from morning to night.

im taking the Dbol roughly 1 hour pre-workout. Should i continue this? Or just take the Dbol daily at a set time?
Its my first time with Dbol, should i leave it at 20MG ED? or maybe try 30?
 
When you are on juice it is amazing what gains can you make from increasing the weights you train with due to the streght supported by the new diet... however my opinion is that at least you take one day full rest, you'll be amazed at the results you can get by doing so... remember muscles grow while in rest.

any opinions? suggestions?

10mg pre & 10mg post. stay at 20mg if it is working for ya. "stay low until u cant grow"

keep 1 day completely free of training.

i like doing the following split:

Chest/Bi's
Back/Tri's
Shoulders/Forearms
Legs & Calves
