Truth about EF and BRR

I just wanted to clear the air and let everyone know that there was a "mis-understanding" regarding my billing, and the way BRR resolved it was both timely and professional.

Anything else that was speculated (in regards to E.F. being "crooks" etc is simply NOT TRUE)

I understand that sometimes resolutions can get crossed and two people can be trying to reach the same page, but end up in different corners, but I'll take the blame for this one, cause BRR has enough to worry about without my billing issues.

I want to publically thank BRR for his relentless work to resolve this misunderstanding, and if most of you don't know by know - he is a TRUE ASSET to this community.

i will be going back to "acreed" from now on, and this handle is going to be put to rest.

dude, i told you to call him. He seems like a hard ass but come on look at the situation.There are more than 1 of all of us and only one of him.Same for digger. But when it boils down to needing something just call and they resolve the problem.

awesome. How many months free plat did you walk away with in the settlement?
 
I'm sorry I fired off at you, I don't like people calling us dishonest when the issue was just a simple misunderstanding.


To everybody here, the customer just forgot which of his cards he had used and the system tried to charge a card he had cancelled... Thats it, JGT closed one of his Cards and he forgot it was the one his membership was running on.

BTW-

The issue about the customer being told by his bank that he had been charged, cannot be explained without disclosing more customer info. So we'll keep that issue between the parties involved.
