i was wondering if anyone could help me get some information on low dose testosterone therapy.
i have used steroids in the past, with power lifting, but at this point in my life (at 42 years old) i just want something to help balance my testosterone levels.
i'm not looking to go hardcore, but im starting to notice my performance in my job lacking, so im just looking at a modest gym regiment, hopefully so i have the energy to continue my work, which is quite labor intensive.
i'm thinking a cycle of sustanon or test at 75- 100mg per week or less even.
im not interested in becoming the strongest person in the world or anything, i just need a little boost, with as little side effects as possible.
can anyone help?

i've been out of the loop for many years so any pointers, or links to information would be greatly appreciated.

Your first step is getting some blood work done to see where your natural
levels are currently.

my test levels are low
all in all im in pretty good shape, just the grind of my job is starting to take its toll.
im in the flooring business, which requires me carrying around materials in excess of 200lbs+
i just don't have the energy i would like to have.
i do have experience in my early years with power lifting and cycles.
i actually wasn't that bad, i managed 315 bench at 155lbs, 405lb dead lift, and 375 squat.
and the years following i had no problems, i still have alot of strength, but lately its starting to take a toll on me.
recovery takes longer, and am feeling more fatigue.
i'm hoping a little boost would help me minimize my recovery times.
at the same time i want to be as safe as possible,

"Test levels are low?"

What are they? Have you HAD a blood test?

As these guys said, Get blood work from your doctor. If your low you shouldn't have any problem getting on prescription trt. It's actually very widely accepted these days. Since your not looking to get big you will be plenty happy with your prescription and the extra get up and go you'll feel.

Thanks I'll look into it, I didn't think it was so easy to get a prescription.
