TRT and estrogen control

Hey fellas - if you dont have a doc who prescribes Adex during TRT what self protocols do you use? Adex, Aromasin, proviron etc and at what dosages and frequency?

adex 0.25-1mg ED or EOD if needed

I use 1/4 mg of dex twice a week along with UNLEASHED and POST CYCLE and my e is always around 10 -- normal/low for a man.

Less is more. I like Proviron .50 EOD the best by it's self.
I'm not gyno prone, but I do take .25 Adex or 10mg Aromasin E3D. If you are gyno prone then do either Adex or Aromasin at the above dose. It's good to alternate between Adex & Asin,

Dosage is only 100mgs a week @ this point. Just asking out of precautionary measures.

on TRT you just want to use enough to favor T ratios but not so much to where you supress E

Nelson has a good protocol, but feel Aromasin is FAR better ( 10 mgs 2-3 times a week is MORE then enough)

just hop and HCG and do a PCT to get that amount lol
