Trouble with Mass Gains

Cap'n Cooke

New member
Hey,

Been working on a new routine for the last twelve weeks and haven't notice as much of a gain in mass as I'd like... and I know I'm not overtraining. How many calories a week should I be getting if I train six days a week, focusing each muscle group one day a week, with bis and chest 2x/week? Any advice is appreciated..

first off diet is #1, you need to do a search on gaining mass or bulking diets..

second unless chest and bis are your weak points then dont train them anymore than the other parts, dont be that guy...
peace

If you want to gain weight, and you are not gaining weight, then you are not eating enough. Eat more. You don't need some magic formula, or a certain number of calories per day, or per week. If you want to weigh more, eat more than what you are eating right now. If you want to weigh less than what you weigh now, eat less.

I have said similar things on similar threads in the past. It is not that complicated. Read the above paragraph again.

I couldn't have said it better! If you aren't eating more than your body needs, you won't grow!
