Whats up? I just changed up my splits and so far so good. My only question is I'm not sure what order would be best. This is what I do on Day1-Chest/Tris/Front Delts. I work my chest first, then I've been hitting up my tri's, followed by front delts. Should I work my shoulders before tri's or just leave it as is. I also have the same question for Day2-Back/Bi's/Side+Rear Delts.
