low incline db press - 60
cable flys - 65 total (on a diff machine - 95)
smith military press - 60 + bar = 105
cable laterals - 25
db shrugs - 95
ez barbell curl - 60
press down w/ bar - 67.5
db preacher curl - 30
1 arm press down - 32.5
reverse curls - 30
leg press: 480
high rep calf raises: 60
squat: 200 + bar = 245
heavier calf raises: 110
hamstring curls: 67.5
leg extensions: 100
stiff leg deadlifts: 165
Pull downs - 115
Hammer strength 1 arm rows - 115
db laterals - 25
Barbell rows - 105
bent over db flys - 20
I got my lipostack ultra order in the mail today.
And just in time too... I only had two lipoflame caps left and I was wondering if I should save it for cardio day or use it today. Lucky for me, I didn't have to make that decision. 
I'm looking forward to phase 3.
