I'm running out of supplements. Time to stock up again. Damn... My wallet is going to take a hit. It looks like protein powder prices got jacked up since the last time I stocked up.

protein PRICES will increase 2 more times

1) Dollar drop reason

2) Inflation with fuel and energy surcharges

it blows lol

15 minutes of cardio

I really like this workout day. I feel great afterwards. The only bad thing about this day is that it takes a long time to complete my workout.

My throat is feeling a little off. It's a feeling I usually get right before I get sick. One of my coworkers has been sick for like 2 weeks and a couple of people have got infected already. If I got infected and I have to miss out on valuable gym time, I'm going to be pissed. I'm taking some zinc lozenges and I'm hoping that I'm ok.

Week 6 day 5

cardio completed - 26 minutes at 6.5mph and 4 minutes at 7mph

My throat is still feeling a bit off, a bit more than yesterday. Other than that, I'm feeling good and I'm going to continue training.

I definitely caught something and I'm not 100%. I still worked out yesterday and today. I will probably not be logging my workouts here everyday since we don't have to but I'll still keep track of what I'm doing. :)

I'm looking forward to phase 3. I can see the outline of my abs but I need to cut fat to get some solid cuts there.

the cutting will come

I will call each of you, you have to do it a certain way but AM sure you will all succeed

its hardcore only mentally but is extremely efficient

db shrugs - 95
ez barbell curl - 60
press down w/ bar - 67.5
db preacher curl - 30
1 arm press down - 32.5
reverse curls - 30

leg press: 480
high rep calf raises: 60

heavier calf raises: 110

I got my lipostack ultra order in the mail today. :) And just in time too... I only had two lipoflame caps left and I was wondering if I should save it for cardio day or use it today. Lucky for me, I didn't have to make that decision. :D

I'm looking forward to phase 3.

The workouts are flowing ok and I'm feeling good about how things are going. I'm feeling a little stronger these days. It felt like I was at a sticking point on a lot of my lifts for awhile. Maybe it was due to me increasing the cardio intensity on my runs? I've switched to running intervals for cardio instead of continuous running.

good good that fine about intervals

I notice as well that running increases strength when used in moderation YES
