I felt the shit within a day and within two weeks I became silly shreaded. I have always been vascular, so this just sent that over the edge. What does your bf% look like?

Also Weights 4 times a week/Cardio 4 times a week about 40 mins on tred mill.Looking to get down to 220 pounds
