Tren / Test and CKD....can you still GAIN muscle?

I'm in Week 9 of:

Week 1-4 Sust 500mg pw
Week 5-12 Enanth 500mg pw
Week 8-13 Tren ace 350mg pw
0.5mg Letro ED
Week 8-14 Clen/ thermogenic rotation

Can you still gain muscle on these doses with a low-carb diet? I know the intention is to remain solely anti-catabolic whilst cutting dramatic amounts of fat, and this is my first time ever trying any form of low-carbs for cutting. I began with eating below 25g carbs per 6 day period and refeed on the 7th, with equal amounts of kcal coming from protein and fat on low-carb days. The first few days in keto were rough, but I didn't lose much strength in the gym, its the end of the first week now so I can't make any assumptions yet. I'd just like to hear some prior experiences and advice about these types of diets being used in the middle of a cycle such as this one, thanks

Your body is perfectly capable of using fat and protein for energy so low carb is fine. I would argue though that low carb isnt really necessary if you simply avoid bad carb choices which is breads, pasta, rice, starches etc. Stick to fresh veggies and to a lesser degree fruits and you can pretty much eat as much as you want.

I am interested in this as well. I have been on a CKD for almost a year now. I am trying to decide on my first cycle and prefer to not change my diet. From someone who used to be a good bit heavier Keto has been a huge help to me. Just wasn't sure how well it will go on a cycle.

Great advise here. I am doing CKD have found better results just cutting carbs completely but vegies have fiber right which zeros it out?

I am doing TKD on cycle now 1 banana and 20grams dextrose pre and post work out
Otherwise no carbs
Yes I am up about 10lbs in first 5 weeks(only 2 weeks of tren just started tren ace) and my waist stayed the same almost with test/tren/dbol and formasnazol as AI solid muscles with minimum water retention.
So yes you can gain on keto diet and cycle)))
I was wondering the same thing before I started but I am doing Targeted Keto Diet instead of CKD.

Exactally! I actually lost 2 inches off of my waist running tren, tren works at building muscle ,even in a calorie decefic state.

That's good to know guys, thanks for chiming in. I never utilized test/tren/clen before in a calorie and carb deficit before, so I wasn't sure what to expect. If somehow the body can remain anabolic in ketosis I'll be really happy, I'm hoping the carb refeeds help with this too. At 120-140mcg clen and being below 2400kcal per day with cardio, I'm already down 6lbs in Day 7 so it does seem like CKD works well with this stack. No strength lost in the gym luckily, tren is quite magical

if tren can make grass eating cattle walking in a field increase there bodyweight by 10-15% before slaughter, im sure it can do it to someone eating a high protein diet and weight training

Haha, good point. It's always stressed that you need pure cals and good carbs to grow, but I suppose some here can prove that wrong. This will probably always be hotly debated though
