I'm 5"5 and train 3days on and 1 day off. If I feel tired I'll do 2 days on. I train hard with less then 1 min rest periods. Bigger muscles I'll take about 1 hour and 15min. Smaller muscles about 45 to an hour. The reason I didn't go with a bulker because I wanted to experiment with Tren and see how my body reacts to it.
