They stay attached meaning that pinning the E ed means most oils will pass thru un activated and u will get from it is the sides? Think about it?? Keep flooding em everyday where's that shit gonna go?? Ur body can only accept so much, relative to consuming protein. If u eat 100 grams of protein a meal ur body isn't gonna completely digest or take it all in. It will use what it needs and pass the rest...
