I knew it would probably keep your blood levels more stable but I didnt think it would make much of a difference but after doing the math there really is a more significant difference than I thought!
because enanthat is a FIVE day ester, not a 10 like everyone thinks it is.........all that 10 day bullshit is ONLY on bodybuilding websites and it was based on 1.5 days per carbon atom, its NOT true in clinical studies. the real half life is 5 days......so a simple twice/week routines is the best way to keep your blood levels stable

Thats what I figured it on (well actually I figured on a 6 day half life) but I was shocked that their was that kind of difference. One thing about it, if your trying, you can learn something new everyday about this stuff!

i thought the enth had a 7 day half life. never read anything about a 10 day half life, but i have read about the 7 day half-life . i just do all mine every 7 days
