I swear I'm getting old and can't remember shit. The past 2 years for my comp I have done prop/tren/mast but I can't remember if it was 50 per day or 100 per day mg? I'm not doing comp this year but am still trimming down for a shoot come April. Don't want to ovewr do but don't want to under do either? You guys do 100 or 50 mg per day of each? I think it was 50 but I'm not sure. Old fricken guy with no memory.
