i totally agree with centurian, when i did my first run with it i did 75mg ED for bout a week, week in a half discovered i tolerated the sides good, so i went to 75mg/ED. when i switched to ED, bro i noticed a big difference, keeps your blood levels relativly steady that way which helps with any sides you mite get. running winny definatly helps. i also did 25gauge/1inch, using my quads, on my time schedule, the days when i was due to hit my E-Q and S-ust, i would simply mix half cc tren each with the others, on my only tren days, i used quads. it was simple!!! it is a great compound if used the right way.
