This is off topic but worth addressing. Obviously women/girls want their men in good shape, but aside from women who are also figure competitors/bodybuilders, most DO NOT like the extremely vascular look. They're not like us. They don't understand what it takes to get that look, and even if they do they are simply grossed out by it. That's the majority though. It's funny, I get more attention when I'm nice and round in offseason shape and can barely move at the 290 lb mark. I certainly look more "healthy". When my face gets all thin getting close to a contest, not so much. Maybe it's the fake tan and my lovely attitude while on fina, winstrol, and halo...
Just remember, if you're lifting weights to get attention from women (and there's nothing wrong with that guys), they'd much rather see you look healthy and defined. Believe it or not, we are much much harder on ourselves and judging other dudes' physiques than women are. Just something to think about.
