So, my blood work has comeback, im good to cycle again. Took a year and 3 months off from last big cruise i did... Hit a small Oral prohormone cycle of superdrol 4 months ago for 4 weeks, and pct keeping 7ish lbs... now looking to get back on my "Poor Man's HGH"... 3rd run with tren... Hoping to break into the 205 range at min bodyfat...Keeping it sinple as i had amazing results on a low dose of tren the last two times!!!!
weeks 1-4 Superdrol 30mgs ED
Weeks 1-8 Tren Ace 100mg/ml 50mg EOD (1-3) 60mg EOD (4-6) 80mg (7-8)
Weeks 1-10 Test Prop 100mg/ml 100mg (1-3) 150mg EOD (4-6) 200mg (7-8) 150mg EOD (9-10)

Hcg Weeks 1-10 through PCT 500iu's per week
Post Cycle
Weeks 1-4
Post cycle/Unleashed 4 caps a day
Daa 3grams per day

Diet (Same diet for the last 3 years with minor tweeks, UGH)
Meal 1 12 egg whites 1 cup oatmeal 2 tbsp of natural peanut butter...
Meal 2 12 Oz chicken 2 cups of white rice, 1 cup Green beans...
Pre workout Meal 3 12oz lean Steak 2 cups potatoe 4 tbsp worshershire ... 2 serving of omegas... preworkout, Bcaas
Post workout Meal 4 2 scoops of whey isolate
1 large bannana, or slice of watermelon (high glycemic fruit), n 1 serving fruit 1000 ml of.skim milk
Meal 5 12 Oz chicken 6 shrimp, 2 cup white rice
Meal 6 splurge or 12 Oz chicken, talipia, 12 oz ground beef, or lean red meat 2 cups potatoe, 12 almonds, 1 serving omegas....
Meal 7 30 grams of protein,bcaas 12 almonds
As serving, Bout 12 grams protein mixed with water...
Meal 8 shake during night if I wake up.. Bcaas 4 times a day.. Multis, omegas, etc... Will reduce carbs if I need too....
Will lift heavy compound movements to gain muscle... will do 30mins of cardio 6 days a week to help stimulate appetite and keep unwanted weight off...

Pin Point Diet, Very particular about dosages... Very Knowledgeable about Gear and PCT... Want to try to add some more carbs to my tren and see if i yeild a bit more mass....
Should i add some Sarms after Cycle or possibly Peptides... Havnt used either yet, and trying to switch it up... Thanks Guys...
