Wow after reading this post I thought I would chime in.
Years ago when I first started out with steroids (age 26) I was obsessed with getting big and strong. I had always worked out but had never went above 165lb at 5in 9 ½. When I finally got into roids, I took it very slow, using 5mg/day of Dbol as my first cycle. Over the next 2 years though I ran the gambit of everything, from Anadrol to Winstrol. My weight went from 165lb to 210lb. My bench press went from 235 for 1 to 425 for 3. I was a freakin monster and I loved it. I hovered at this size for another year until I started to realize that 18 year old boys thought I looked awesome while girls in general were afraid of me, NOT the intended side effect that I was looking for. I finally deiced to use only the compounds that worked best for me and had the least sides. The combo that I came up with was Eq, Winny and now recently, OT.
So what’s your point you say, well here it is.
I am lucky, very lucky. After my heavy trial and error phase of steroid use I only came away with hair growth on my back and severe gyno in both breasts, which have been removed. I personally am much happier with my physique now. Sure I can’t bench 425, so what. I am 36 and feel great. If things would have gone the other way and I developed a serious, life threatening condition, do you think ANYONE would care that I was once really big and strong, NO. I would just be another said story of someone who gambled and lost. Figure out what it is that you are trying to do with Body Building. Then think ahead 10 years and ask yourself will I still be healthy and happy or will I have pushed it too far. There is always a price to pay doing what we do. The trick is to try and minimize this price as much as possible and still get our desired results.
