tren and cardio

Ive been doing lots of reading on tren acetate and the one side effect that kinda gets me worried is when people talk about the effects it has on cardio. I hear stories of people getting out of breath going up a flight of stairs! How true is this and how bad is it?

For myself, I would say my cardio levels are pretty high. My anaerobic levels are much higher than my aerobic levels, mainly because of my type of training (sprints, sparring, etc etc). How bad do you think I would be affected? Anything I can do while on tren, to help alleviate the hit on cardio levels?

Last, how long does it take to get your cardio levels back to "normal"? Ive read that with tren A, sides disappear very fast so I would assume cardio goes back to what it was quickly?
 
Keep the dose lower if you want to experience this less from what I have felt. Yes, it can make you out of breath.
 
my next cycle I plan on adding in tren, and I think I will start with a low dosage and see how I respond to this. Must be pretty funny to look in "shape" but be out of breath from doing normal things. Thats crazy.
 
In my experience it is true, I run about 45 min-1 hour 4 times a week, but when on Tren I stick to elliptical and even that is challenging, yes going up a flight of stairs can throw you off, even drying yourself off after a shower gets me going, lol that being said, Tren is beautiful as far as strength and definition goes with AAS, and u r back to normal within a week, I use it for no longer than 8 weeks, and the longer u r on, the more marked the side effects are, it is dosage dependent for me, so if I get 50mg in me ED, is not so hard, but with anything higher than that, it gets tough!
 
I am currently running tren ace@ 100mgs eod and I do hiit and other Cardio 4-5 times a week. I find if I just push through it gets easier. Of course I have run several tren cycles and know how it is going to affect me. I honestly think tren affects everyone differently.

don't run AAS is you want to improve on your endurance... tren is one of the worst to run. not just whats been said above, but also it will de-hydrate you bigtime.. speed up your HR, make you sweat faster and lose fluids rapidly... these are not good for runners.

other AAS like test, dbol, deca.. will put you on water weight which is like carrying a jug of water while running.. not good either.

trust me i was a competitive endurance athlete for 3 years and now I have been bodybuilding for 3 years. AAS helps with bodybuilding, NOT with running
 
why do you want to add tren.

if you plan on training mma/grapplin/whatever and running aas you would be best to skip the tren and stick to low dose cycles.

Test only at 300-500mg is great. With that much cardio and aas it is EASY to really change your bf% while getting stronger and putting on some muscle

Yep.

If you're jet set on adding something to the mix I'd opt for npp or EQ over tren. Especially with endurance is important.
 
The only reason I would consider tren in the future would be for the off season, when Im not competing. Since most people said the gains are pretty permanent (generally speaking), I figure it would be a good time to get some strength gains and drop body fat. Also being that the sides drop fast, I could get back to my normal cardio in a matter of weeks. But first things first, Im going to stick with my low dose test cycle and see what happens from here. Maybe in a couple of months down the road, I can plan out the next step. Thanks for all the great info.
 
I swear 1-test only helps with cardio...

Tren killed my cardio.. I didnt notice the shortness of breath so much. maybe because backpumps hit me within minutes and i couldnt push any harder... That On top of my energy levels being low due to lethargy.. yea Tren pretty much fucked my cardio training.

I've never seen it much myself. Even with all the folks I have trained. I have heard some complain of this but not a large amount
including myself when I was using 100mg TREN ACE daily.
 
I don't know what his dosage was, but there was a guy on my intramural football team on tren. He was ripped and very strong but he would be dripping sweat after a 10 yard sprint covering a pass.
 
You need to realize EVERYONE is different. Every compound can effect 1 person one way and a different person completely different but there are trends that you can use to judge what to try first.

TREN is great, very powerful and effective but it has its costs/sides.

Personally I think youa re 100% on the right track trying test only. Do that once or twice at least and make a judgement from there. After that I would try eq. Very solid and permanent gains with that as well.

been on tren eth for two weeks now. like they said you can push through the cardio but remember to keep yourself fully hydrated. start with a small dose and wait and see how you react before getting crazy with it.. strong drug my friend
