Progesterone receptors are important in synovial/joint repair so adding in a progestogen like nandrolone will definately help.
Since Tren is usually thought to increase prolactin levels, it doesn't do much.
Anadrol I have no clue with. I've heard anywhere from it being a progestogen to an estrogen, to increasing both progesterone and prolactin, to acting similar to a progestogen, to converting into E/P, etc......It's aromatization, etc is still debated today with no set-in-stone answer.
Both Anadrol and Tren can cause HUGE strength gains quickly, so sometimes this in itself can cause 'joint' pain. Then on the other hand, NPP causes quick gains, and i've never really heard anybody complain.
